If you are hasitating in visiting Kenya on february, do not do it! The weather is perfect, not to hot, with no rain. We could see the big five in the fisrt day, and a lot of other animals. The Masai Mara is wonderful, with great sightseeings, it is not to crowded. All the hotels are really great, the service is impecable, you can see everyone with a smile in their faces. Our tour was wonderful beginning with our guide, that has a lot of experience, always taking care of us, the transport is quite good, we had the car for ourselves. The food is very good.
This adventure went beyond any of my expectations. Definitiely a lifetime highlight for me and my family, filled with memories that we will cherish for years to come. Everything was taken care of, handled with excellence, and treated with a “touch of class.” I am also glad that we took the coaching on selecting the land cruiser vs the mini-van, thanks Fredrick and Moonlight Tours Expedition. Accommodations, food, and service were wonderful. Can’t wait for the next one.
The six day safari was just fantastic. The accommodation ranged from "fair" (permanent tents) to "very good" for a few hotel nights. Wildlife, scenery was perfect! Transportation was also of an acceptable/good standard - driver/guide also very helpful and informative (but primarily a driver). Highlights was seeing all the "big 5' in one day!! The "central booking" office had to be constantly chased up for some of the information - but when called "budget safaris" you get what you expect I suppose. All in all, i would do the trip again!!
This year I came to Africa for the first time and We did the best 5-days safari-trip with Moonlight Tours Expedition. The safari was great, we have seen so many animals i mean all 5 big and others. Our guide Isaac was the best, he was fun and very experienced and did everything to make some good memories for us! The Camp where we stayed was very cool and especially for the night to feel safe! Everything was like 5 star hotel. Totally recommended.
