Arusha National Park Day Trip
Wildlife viewing in Arusha National Park is good throughout the year but is at its best in the Dry season, from late June to October. The beautiful scenery is most impressive in the Wet season, from November to May, although March and April can be very wet and grey. The clear skies from December through February give you the best views of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro.
Located just 45 minutes drive from Arusha, Arusha National Park is Tanzania's most accessible park in more ways than one. It's not only conveniently located, but it's also the best place to embark on walking and canoeing safaris - putting you closer to the action than anywhere else in the country! While Arusha National Park has no large predators, it is home to Africa's largest giraffe population, a variety of primate species, and a number of large herbivores. It's the perfect day out for a family or those wanting something different to the standard game drive experience.
After breakfast, you'll depart from your Arusha or Moshi accommodations and drive to the park.
Your visit to Arusha National Park is a flexible one, as you'll have three choices as to how you'd like to experience the park.

From Arusha City, we pick you up from your hotel at around 08.00 for your short, one-hour drive to take you to Arusha National Park. We spend a full day in the park, maximising our opportunities to spot the excellent range of animal and birdlife it has to offer.
Please book your flight to arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Transfer from and to the airport is included.Moonlight Tours Expedition will pick you up from the airport.

This safari tour will start and end in Arusha and will take you to several places in Tanzania
The price includes morning and afternoon teas, continental breakfast, daily lunches and dinner with beverages (local beer, wine, and soft drinks), and bottled water.
Maximum group size: 1 - 4 persons (private safari) or 5 - 100+ persons (Group safari)
No reservation requires a deposit of the total price.
The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date.
The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
We had a great day safari trip. Fredrick planned and explained everything to us the evening before we left to Arusha National Park. Everything was well organized and went very well.
